All items received from this Mystery Pack are unused stock.

Depending on the item, you may not be able to choose the color, size, specification, material or finish, and the item may not include accessories such as a warranty card.
In addition, due to the nature of the item or its storage, handling or packaging conditions, the item may show scratches, stains, warping, label marks, printing marks or signs of aging.

For items with an expiry date, such as tickets, invitations or gift catalogs, please check the validity period and use them before they expire.
We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for reasons related to an item's specification, condition, accessories or expiry date.

We only supply sealed products that have been inspected, so we cannot compensate for damage to the contents, nor offer refunds or exchanges for personal reasons.

For items marked "Pre-order" in the item list, shipping will begin in turn after the stated release date. Delivery times may change without notice if a product's release is delayed, etc.

The return rate is a theoretical value based on buying out the entire Mystery Pack. The point value of the item from each pull varies with the prize won, and equal value per pull is not guaranteed.

Shipping is carried out in accordance with the laws, customs requirements and import regulations of each country and region.
For items that cannot be shipped or imported for these reasons, we will cancel the shipment and refund in points by a method determined by our company.
